Service Crew

Requirements

Education: Minimum Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (training provided)-Languages: Basic English & Mandarin proficiency required;
additional language skills are a plus-Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and cleanliness
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities

Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and accurately record food and drink orders.
Communication: Relay customer orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff using the appropriate systems or verbal communication.
Customer Service: Provide menu recommendations, handle special dietary requests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Quality Assurance: Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy, presentation, and completeness.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow crewmembers, and servers to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage delivery.
Compliance & Hygiene: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and internal guidelines.
