Service Crew

Requirements
-Good communication skills (fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)
-Candidates must possess at least SPM
-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
-Able to work on shift, weekends and public holiday
-Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
-Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
-Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely manner
-Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet
-Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests' inquiries, complaints or requests
-Follow all relevant health department regulations
-Maintains a friendly, pleasant and neat image to guests
-Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance.
