Qualifications
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
-Must have typhoid vaccination and a valid food handling certification
-Mandarin and English communication skills
-Outgoing, talkative, and proactive in engaging with customers and creating a lively atmosphere
-Neat and professional appearance that aligns with the restaurant's modern brand image
-Able to handle a fast-paced work environment and perform efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job responsibilities
-Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating an enjoyable and lively dining atmosphere.
-Keep the restaurant sparkling by maintaining clean and tidy tables, service stations, and dining areas, while refilling condiments and utensils to keep service flowing smoothly.
-Support daily operations by assisting with opening and closing tasks, handling ad-hoc duties, and ensuring everything runs efficiently during peak hours.
-Order Taking & Serving: Accurately record guest orders, ensure timely food delivery, and assist with cashier duties when needed.
-Work as a team by collaborating closely with colleagues and kitchen staff to deliver a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
-Uphold high standards by following hygiene, safety, and service protocols, ensuring the restaurant always feels professional and welcoming.
