Service Engineer

Scope of work:

Oversee workshop operations such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting for all machinery.

Coordinate the daily workshop schedule and allocate manpower/ resources.

Supervise and follow up on the progress of each individual repair or maintenance job.

Ensure warranties are properly followed up, monitored, documentated, and updated as per SANY procedures and requirements.

Prepare, submit, and file all maintenance reports, checklist, work orders, delivery orders, and equipment histories accurately and timely.

Provide technical guidance to the team for effective work.

Ensure workshop team training is conducted in line with service needs.

Manage workshop performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Control budget and any expenditure related to repair or maintenance jobs.

Requirements:

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for supplier communication.

Strong technical skills in machinery maintenances and troubleshooting.

Experience managing teams and coordinating maintenance schedules.

Valid class D driving license.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
