SERVICE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job description:

We are currently looking for dedicated, passionate and fun Service Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct technical support and services on-site and remotely.
Technical competent in hardware and application skills
Troubleshooting/Debug and repair job
Conduct routine task or job
Conduct training
Job & Part coordination

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): test, debug, troubleshooting, technical support and service.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Own a car and driving license class D
Willing to travel and relocate
Training will be provided
Able to work independently to complete task or job given
Able to work as team with others

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
