Fragomen Global Business Services Malaysia provides global corporate immigration services and exceptional business support to clients around the world. Our team in Malaysia plays a vital role in helping clients meet their operational goals, especially in managing data, processes, and compliance with precision.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Draft forms, correspondence, and documents using templates and case-specific instructions

Flag potential issues or discrepancies during case processing

Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in case management systems

Handle case filing and government payment processing

Communicate clearly and promptly with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Complete tasks within set timelines and firm protocols

Follow internal policies to support compliance and mitigate risk

Support other admin or ad hoc duties as needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Previous admin or immigration support experience in a shared services setup is a bonus

Proficiency in business English is required

Additional fluency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin) is advantageous for handling region-specific documents

Reliable and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Adaptable, eager to learn, and a team player

Positive attitude with the ability to contribute to a collaborative work culture

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
