Shift Inventory Assistant

What You’ll Do

-Manage daily warehouse stock movements (inbound and outbound) while ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data entries.

-Process inventory movements in compliance with company policy.

-Prepare and maintain accurate reports and other relevant documentation.

-Support inventory accuracy through weekly cycle and monthly stock counts.

-Coordinate market returns, ensuring all requests are processed and cleared in the system efficiently.

What You Bring

-SPM or Diploma in any related fields.

-Minimum 1 year of experience managing inventory.

-Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

-Good communication skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

-Able to work in shift (morning & night).

-Able to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
