Shipping & Logistic Executive/ Officer

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange shipping and logistics activities for local and international shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, couriers, and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor shipment status and track deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time.
- Handle customs clearance matters, including coordination for import/export documentation.
- Manage and update shipping schedules and logistics records.
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) regarding shipment arrangements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
