HIRING: Customer Service Co-ordinator – Mandarin

Location: Klang, Selangor
Position: Customer Service Co-ordinator – Mandarin
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 + Allowances
Joining: August 2026
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Scope:
• Handle customer enquiries through voice, chat & email
• Provide professional customer support and resolve enquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:
• SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
• Customer Service experience in the Shipping / Logistics industry preferred
• Good communication skills in Mandarin & English
• Strong customer service and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
