Shop Assistant (Female Only)

Qualifications
-Female candidates only.
-Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
-Deliver high quality and standards of service to clients.
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Proactively approach customer.
-Understand customer needs and recommend best products.
-Stock replenishment and stock taking.
-Ensure that the store is in good condition and presentable at all times i.e. shelves and fixtures are clean, display products are present in good condition.
-Ability to operate computer systems and software.
-Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, at least 2-5 years experience.

Job responsibilities
-Responsible for day-to-day retail operations
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
-Provide after sale services such as exchange matters (training will be provided)
-Perform cashiering duties
-Receiving, processing, and organizing incoming goods/deliveries
-Perform visual merchandising
-To complete daily and weekly paperwork to management in timely and accuracy manner
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
