Site Manager

What you'll be doing
-Assist in the planning and execution of demolition projects on-site.
-Support the project team in conducting site assessments and preparing project documentation.
-Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
-Collaborate with site teams to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
-Identify and address potential safety hazards and report any incident immediately.
-Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations.
-Perform daily site inspections to monitor work quality and report any issues.
-Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
-Prepare and maintain accurate site reports and documentation.

What we're looking for
-A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
-5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
-MUST be able to use Microsoft Project (COMPULSORY) and AutoCAD
-MUST be able to travel and possess transportation
-Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management techniques
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
-Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the project team and stakeholders
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
