Site Safety Supervisor

SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR

(Work Location: Malacca)



Requirements:

· Valid Site Safety Supervisor certification (e.g., SSSTS, SMSTS)

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a safety supervisory role on construction sites

· Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety procedures

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive site safety plan, including risk assessments and safe working procedures

Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel to ensure safe working practices and compliance with safety protocols

Investigate and report all accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
