Site Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing
-Lead on-site activities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure work meets deadlines, technical specs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
-Coordinate the workflow: Work closely with trade contractors and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
-Be the communication bridge: Work with clients and their representatives—handle site access, permits, meetings, and site walk-throughs.
-Share updates: Keep the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Senior Supervisor informed of progress, challenges, and milestones.
-Solve on-site issues: Flag problems early, work with the engineering team, and help find practical solutions.
-Optimize resources: Suggest additional resources or smarter ways of working to boost productivity.
-Keep detailed records: Track daily site activities—manpower, equipment, materials, and any non-compliances.
-Own quality control: Ensure materials and workmanship meet standards; assist with tests and inspections when needed.
-Manage logistics: Plan and coordinate equipment and material deliveries for smooth site operations.
-Maintain a safe, clean site: Uphold excellent housekeeping and support storage needs for a safe work environment.
-Support documentation: Assist with as-built drawings, reports, and closure of project quality observations (SORs).
-Champion safety: Report safety or quality issues immediately and ensure everyone follows safe construction practices.
-(Optional) Contribute to proposals: Join client walk-downs and help prepare BOQs and costing for new project proposals.
-Collaborate as a team player: Take on additional responsibilities assigned by your supervisor.

What You Need to Have
-Education: Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-U or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
-Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction site supervision or a similar role.
-Tech skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and site management software.
-People & leadership skills: Strong communication and the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
-Problem-solving mindset: Quick thinking and resourceful when challenges arise.
-Strong organization: Detail-oriented, disciplined, and serious about quality and safety.
