Site Supervisor - Fit Out

Job Overview :

The Site Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing interior fit-out and renovation projects across DobiQueen’s retail outlets and facilities. This position ensures that all on-site works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design, quality, and timeline requirements. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality spaces that reflect DobiQueen’s brand standards.


1.Project Execution & Site Management

-Supervise day-to-day fit-out site operations to ensure smooth progress and adherence to project timelines, scope, and specifications.

-Coordinate and schedule site activities including material deliveries, installation works, and inspections.

-Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, methods, and safety standards.

2.Quality Control & Assurance

-Conduct regular inspections of ongoing works to ensure workmanship meets DobiQueen’s quality and design standards.

-Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, escalating major concerns to the management when necessary.

-Verify that all materials used comply with project specifications and approved samples.

3.Contractor & Supplier Coordination

-Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of works.

-Communicate clearly on construction methods, technical requirements, and design details to avoid discrepancies.

-Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with schedule, safety, and quality expectations.

4.Resource & Inventory Coordination

-Manage and control site resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to ensure optimal usage and minimal wastage.

-Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling on-site.

-Plan manpower allocation efficiently based on project needs.

5.Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

-Proactively address on-site issues, conflicts, or discrepancies in drawings and resolve them effectively.

-Provide feedback and recommendations for improving site management efficiency and project outcomes.

6.Ad-Hoc Duties

-Support the management in other project-related tasks as required.

-Participate in site meetings and client inspections when necessary.


Requirements:

-Experience working on fit out projects in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Skilled in conveying project plans, distributing drawings, and ensuring all stakeholders understand construction methods and delivery expectations.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

-Ability to take initiative and work independently.

-Capable of identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.

-Willing to travel, possess own transportation with active car license.
