Site Supervisor (Housing Development)

Job Responsibilities :
-Monitor day-to-day construction activities on site
-Ensure smooth running of the project and meet the deadlines
-Must be able to understand RC, civil infrastructure, building structure, electrical and architect plans.
-Solve site issues, report immediately to Project Manager / Directors for decision
-Supervise contractor's workmanship and safety issue
-Liase with consultants, contractors, authority, surveyor and relevant parties and also conduct site meetings with contractors
-Prepare daily / weekly reports

Requirements :
-​​Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Years of experience in Property Development / Construction / Real Estate industry.
-Candidate must have good knowledge in construction related issues, problem solving skill, teamwork, initiative, good working attitude and a responsible person
-Ability to foresee, prevent and minimize the risks at site and works
-Salary commensurate with experience
-Possess own transportation
