Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Engineering & Maintenance team, including work scheduling and project monitoring.

Assist in preparing materials and equipment at the site.

Supervise site workers and monitor project progress, check deliveries, and update inventory stock.

Prepare related documentation and manage the filing system.

Review technical requirements based on architectural, C&S, and M&E drawings, and follow up with consultants, authorities, and municipal councils.

Conduct site visits as required.



Qualification:

At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Technology, Mechanical/Electrical (M&E) or any related technical field.

Ability to read and understand Architectural, C&S, and M&E drawings.

Preferably with experience in site supervision or project coordination (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Good communication and documentation skills.

Able to conduct site visits and work in project environments.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
