Smartphone Brand Advisor - TRX Mall

Job Scope:
-Approach customers, explain product benefits, and provide excellent service.
-Drive product sales (smartphones, wearables, tablets, etc.)
-Support launch events, marketing promotions, and in-store activities.
-Ensure all display areas, demo units, and POS materials are clean, functional, and visually attractive.
-Submit daily or weekly sales reports as required.

Requirements:
-Min. SPM and above
-Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply
-Added advantage for 1–2 years sales/retail experience (Smartphone industry is a bonus)
-Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage)
-Excellence verbal communication skills
-Friendly and engaging personality
