SME Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities
-Promote and sell SME Loan products to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
-Build and manage a client portfolio through networking, referrals, and personal initiatives.
-Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
-Assist clients throughout the loan application and documentation process.
-Maintain long term client relationships through regular follow ups and service excellence.
-Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements
-Energetic and self motivated individual with a passion for sales, ideally below 40 years old to suit the dynamic and fast paced nature of the role.
-Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in SME financing or related sales role (banking product).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage.
-Disciplined, target oriented, and able to work independently.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
