Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain existing testcases and design new testcases.

Execute manual/automation testing, report product bugs.

Triage customer feedback, search existing issues and route to correct area path.

Address customer concerns and follow up on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Analyze the issue that customer reported, reproduce customer issues, report bugs, or respond to customer to address their issues.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on customer feedback for senior management and relevant departments.

Work closely with development team, customer service teams to ensure customer feedback are resolved on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Strong analytical skills and trouble shooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Visual Studio and software development processes.

Familiarity of C++ Compiler process and C++ programing.

Understanding of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, and others commonly used in Visual Studio.

Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Ability to troubleshoot and understand technical issues reported by customers.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
