What you’ll achieve
As a Solutions Architecture Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.

You will:

Work with Customers and Project Managers on Technical Requirements discussions enabling Config Services to deliver the customer required Services on their purchased hardware.

Skills in scripting and test diagnostics to integrate Configuration Services requirements in factory environments.

Writing Work Instructions to enable Manufacturing Technicians and Operators to configure Client and Enterprise Systems, both for Hardware Integration and Imaging.

Use Project Management Methodology to complete projects within agreed lead-times.

Deliver Superior Customer Experience, view your own work in terms of how it impacts internal and external customer; have a strong understanding of customer needs and use customer feedback to improve processes/services.

Essential Requirements

Knowledge of Operating Systems Architecture, C++, Python Scripting, Perl or DOS batch scripts.

Knowledge of Computer Architecture will be advantage.

Must be able to work on own initiative & have strong communications skills.

Must be able to work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Desirable Requirements

Computer Engineering Degree with 0-3 year’s experience in a technical similar role.
