Spa Wellness Therapist

Perform full-body massage, head and shoulder massage, foot massage and other spa treatments according to SVASTHA Wellness standards.

Provide Ayurvedic-inspired therapies after completing the required in-house training.

Consult customers briefly before each treatment to understand their needs, comfort level and areas of concern.

Ensure customers’ privacy, dignity, safety and comfort throughout every session.

Prepare treatment rooms, massage beds, towels, oils and equipment before each appointment.

Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and common areas.

Clean and sanitise treatment tools and equipment after every use.

Follow proper treatment procedures, safety guidelines and workplace SOPs.

Explain suitable treatments, packages and wellness products to customers without using aggressive sales methods.

Assist with customer bookings, treatment records and basic daily spa operations when required.

Monitor stock levels of oils, linens, disposable items and treatment supplies.

Work closely with receptionists, therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Attend training sessions and continuously improve massage, spa and customer service skills.

Handle customer feedback professionally and report any concerns to management.

Support promotional activities, events and wellness programmes when required.

Be punctual, presentable, responsible and flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements
Experience as a massage therapist, spa therapist or beautician is an advantage.
Fresh graduates and beauticians willing to learn massage are welcome to apply.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Passionate about wellness, holistic healing and helping people feel better.
Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
Positive attitude, responsible and able to work well in a team.
Willing to learn Ayurvedic-inspired therapies.
Malaysian citizens preferred.
