Stock Checker

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming optical products and supplies (frames, lenses,
contact lenses, accessories) for quantity and quality.
Ensure all stock items are correctly labeled, organized, and stored in the storeroom or
display area according to company standards.
Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits; investigate and reconcile any
discrepancies promptly.
Update and maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system or manually when
required.
Collaborate with purchasing, retail, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment
and smooth inventory operations.
Monitor stock levels and movement; report low stock, fast-moving, or slow-moving items
to the supervisor for action.
Support branch replenishment activities and ensure stock accuracy during monthly or adhoc stock counts.
Handle returns, defective items, and damaged stock in line with company procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment.
Travel to outlets, warehouses, or other locations as required for stock checking, transfers,
or inventory support.
Prepare and submit accurate inventory and stock movement reports in a timely manner.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
