Store Manager / Assistant Manager (Sunway Carnival, Penang)

Responsibilities:

-We are currently seeking an energetic Store Managers / Assistant Store Managers with an entrepreneurial, sales driven spirit to join our Malaysia team. Candidates should be able to strategically recruit, train and develop a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while offering exceptional customer service. They should inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales growth and upholding daily operations. Most importantly, creating a fun and energized environment!

-You must have previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a fashion retail environment and a proven track record in driving and achieving KPI. Previous experience within the watch, leather or accessories market is highly desirable.

-You must be passionate about our products and work towards achieving sales goals and most importantly helping to create a fun work environment. Good communication skills with a pleasant disposition. Willing to learn with a customer focused mindset.


Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail industry.

-At least 3 years experience in senior executive role.

-Well groomed and able to communicate well in English and Bahasa.

-Mandarin Language will be an added advantage.

-Highly motivated team player with great initiative, interpersonal skills.

-Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
