Store Manager (IOI City Mall)

We are looking for a talented candidate to undertake:

-Responsible and act as a leader and key person of the store.

-Supporting Senior Store Manager in daily operation and working under their direction.

-Responsible for managing store keys, store daily opening and closure on time.

-Executing the Game Plan set by Senior Store Manager, by setting up hourly and daily sales goals.

-Recruit retail team associates as and when required.

-Provide orientation for new retail employee.

-Providing product training and customer service standard in store regularly.

-Ensure housekeeping is completed every day.

-Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and bank in accordingly.

-Working closely with Senior Store Manager on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions and constructive feedback.

-Ensure store appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.

- Monitoring stock movement and merchandise level in storeroom.

-Plan and prepare monthly duty roster of retail team associates under payroll cost and ensure attendances are met.

-Accountable for Loss Prevention & Security not limit to CCTV, inventory and spot checking.

-Prepare relative reports to Senior Store Manager monthly.

-Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store.

-Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis.

-Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management.

- Be resourceful in terms of capturing sales opportunities.

-Ensure retail team members follow SOP as per according to Management and Retail Operations Department.

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

-At least 6 years and above of working experiences in the related field is required for this position or equivalent retail experience.

-Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Passionate, dynamic, team driven and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn.

-Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.

-Strong leadership quality with excellent customer service and communication skills.

-Able to work independently and with minimum supervision and guidance.

-Willing to work according to pre-planned shift hours and weekend/ public holidays.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Commercial thinking with sales driven mindset.
