Store Manager (KL & Selangor)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage retail store of 2,000–5,000 sq. ft.

Manage employee relations and personnel matters.

Lead and oversee all departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene requirements, and safety regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, minimize waste, and achieve profitability targets.

Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory levels and merchandising strategies.

Provide leadership, coaching, and training to department managers and team members to enhance performance and productivity.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures across all fresh categories.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.


JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 9–10 years of experience in the retail industry.

Preferably with experience in the supermarket or hypermarket industry.

Strong experience managing Fresh departments (e.g. Produce, Bakery, Meat, Seafood, or Deli).
