Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily operations with maintains inventory by checking merchandize to determine inventory level and anticipating customer demand.

-Maintain high standard for store appearance and visual merchandising as well as product freshness.

-Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans including all signature programs.

-Working with Operation Manager to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

-Trains and reviews all staffs job performance and promoting an effective performance team

-Meeting sales and profitability goals, delivery of customer satisfaction and enhancing the Jaya Grocer Brand image.

-Provide feeding back on buying trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

-Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company policies as they pertaining to food handling, and other food safety guidelines.

-Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.

You should have:

-Minimum 5 years solid working experience as operation/supervisor in retail industry

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English

-Basic communication skills and interpersonal skills

-Customer satisfaction oriented

-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
