职位描述
Responsibilities
-Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff to achieve performance targets
-Ensure product quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance are met at all times
-Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
-Handle cash flow, daily reports, and shift scheduling
-Support the Store Manager in operational planning and problem-solving
-Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively
