Storekeeper

Requirements

Minimum education is Secondary School or higher.
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels effectively.
Must be physically capable of performing material handling tasks, including lifting and moving inventory items.
Familiarity with electrical and electronics components and materials used in fiber optic and radio frequency applications is highly desirable.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, managing stock movements, and conducting regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, documenting any discrepancies or damages.
Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring easy accessibility.
Prepare and issue materials to authorized personnel based on approved requisitions, maintaining proper documentation and tracking material usage.
Monitor stock levels and proactively identify low stock situations, initiating purchase requests to replenish inventory and avoid stockouts.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
