Job Summary

Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficient inventory management, smooth workflow, and team productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, verification, stock keeping, and material issuance activities.

Monitor inventory control and ensure stock accuracy.

Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store personnel.

Monitor staff performance and resolve operational issues when necessary.

Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.

Minimum 2 years working experience in store / warehouse operations with supervisory exposure preferred.

Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage daily operational activities effectively.
