Student Services Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Student Services Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and passion in supporting clients/students throughout their educational journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and access to necessary resources.



Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional student services by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining high responsiveness via written communications e.g. email, telegram, WhatsApp etc.

Assist in organizing and managing student courses, events, and programs while serving as a primary point of contact for student communications.

Maintain regular communication with students through emails, and social media, and assist with the registration process, updating student information in the CRM database.

Gather feedback to improve services and the overall student experience.

Develop understanding of products and services, collaborate with the sales team, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' needs.

Assist in event and other ad-hoc task when required.



Key Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer service or student support role.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / CRM software is a plus.

Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule when required.
