工作职责
• 准备每日及每周营运报告供管理层参考
• 监督及带领团队完成日常营运工作
• 处理客户投诉并提供专业解决方案
• 与管理层协调各项营运事务
• 监督门店运作及员工表现
• 完成管理层安排的其他工作任务

副主管（Assistant Supervisor）

工作职责
• 协助准备各类报告及相关文件
• 协助主管管理日常员工及营运事务
• 确保门店或部门日常运作顺畅
• 主管缺席时协助接管相关工作
• 执行主管或管理层安排的其他任务

职位要求

• 具备良好的沟通及领导能力
• 有责任感、执行力强
• 具团队合作精神及解决问题能力
• 能适应快节奏工作环境
• 具零售、超市或门店管理经验者优先

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management
• Lead and supervise team members in daily operations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate operational matters with management
• Monitor outlet performance and staff productivity
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Assistant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation
• Support the supervisor in managing daily operations and staff
• Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet or department operations
• Take over supervisory duties when required
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Retail, supermarket, or outlet management experience is preferred
• Willing to work on shifts and support operational requirements
