About the role

As the Supervisor, Food & Beverage at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of the resort's food and beverage services. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and involves leading a team of hospitality staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the resort's restaurants including food & beverage service.

Ensuring high standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Managing staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team

Monitoring inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory

Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions

Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and beverage offerings

Representing the resort's food and beverage operations at internal and external events
