Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead the sales and support team in daily retail operations
-Monitor stock display, cleanliness, and overall store appearance according to company standards
-Drive sales performance to meet or exceed branch targets
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
-Monitor staff performance and provide coaching
