Supply Chain

Job Description:

- To prepare the Sales & Purchase Contract according to the deal concluded.
- Responsible for day-to-day supply chain operations.
- Prepare Import / Export full set clearance documents.
- Contact Supplier and Buyer for delivery plan.
- Booking & Monitoring Trucking & Vessel shipment.
- Contact warehouse and driver for daily inbound.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.
- Issue LC and Bank Documents (if needed)
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

- 4 years or above experience in supply chain role. Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
- Good communication, and negotiation skills and resourceful team player
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated, detailed mind with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Full-time position(s) available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Area
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
