Supply Chain Executive

Requirements

Having knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, hair care and perfumes.
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate must possess at least Degree
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Having related background such as Business Management / Logistics & Supply Chain
Responsible and work well in team.
Responsibilities

Inventory date entry.
Responsible for order processing and work closely with internal (Sales, Production and Shipping team) to ensure shipment to customer in timely manner.
Attend to any inquiry, feedback, or complaints on product and delivery issue and etc.
Monitoring labels/wrappers materials inventory to meet products demand.
Work with sales team to prepare seasoning forecast.
Prepare reports. E.g., sales report, aging stock report, shipment report
Take proactive approach in managing slow moving and obsolete inventories & work together with other departments to resolve shipment issues
Follow up and manage sales prospects towards sales target's achievements.
Responsible for Logistics activities. Prepare daily routes transport arrangement.
Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time
