Supply Chain Manager

Your role as a Supply Chain Manager:

Develop master plans that align production capacity with sales demand to meet delivery targets.

Manage inventory levels, reducing excess and obsolescence while improving days‑of‑supply performance.

Oversee supplier management, including sourcing, selection, and commercial negotiations.

Drive process improvements using Lean or continuous improvement methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Collaborate closely with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with senior roles typically requiring extensive hands‑on exposure.

Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and planning tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications such as APICS/CPIM are an advantage.

Strong analytical, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
