Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products
-Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement
-Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
-Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
-Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity
-Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation
-Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent. Engineering background is advantage
-Minimum of 10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE Industry
-Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices
-Ability to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive management
-Good data analysis skill & must hands on
-Excellent team player & able to lead internal & external business communication
-Advanced knowledge in MS office (Excel) application required. Extensive experience in MRP systems, preferable Oracle is advantage
-Proven success at making financially sound decisions in a Fast Paced Market Environment
-Willingness to work off hours / extended hours as needed
