What's the team function?
Procurement team is responsible for:

Powering our operations by securing the best-value vendors and services in the market — from gadgets to store renovations.

Ensuring smooth and cost-efficient movement of goods through land, air, or sea — keeping supply steady and timely.

Supporting our ecosystem of brands (Xiaomi, Dreame, Mova, Uwant, Levoit, 70mai, etc.) by delivering what’s needed, when it’s needed, at the best price possible.


What's your role?
Sourcing for the most cost-effective vendors in the market — whether it’s physical products, renovation services, printing, signage, etc.

Requesting, reviewing, and comparing quotations to ensure optimal value and quality.

Deep diving into understanding product and service specifications to ensure fit-for-purpose procurement.

Liaising directly with manufacturers and suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.

Handling all logistics documentation for both local and international purchases — including sea freight, air freight, and courier shipments.

Coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to monitor and ensure timely deliveries.

Tracking and updating on delivery schedules, shipment status, and potential delays, ensuring all parties are aligned.



What's the skill required?
Good command (both spoken and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or any other dialects would be a great plus point!

Excellent negotiation and communication skills — you’re confident with vendors, suppliers, and forwarders alike.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

A curious mindset — you don’t just process orders, you understand what you’re buying and moving.



Who's there to support you?
You’ll be guided by our experienced teams who will walk you through what needs to be sourced, why it matters, and what to look out for — from quality benchmarks to negotiation levers.

You’ll also receive hands-on guidance on how to evaluate vendors, understand product/service requirements, and navigate logistics arrangements like freight coordination and delivery scheduling.

Fresh graduates are welcome! This is a learning-friendly environment, and your growth matters to us. You’ll be part of regular check-ins, sharing sessions, and collaborative meetings to build your skills and confidence in procurement, negotiation, and supply chain coordination.
