SURVEYOR

Job Description:

1.Conduct topographical, boundary, and layout surveys on construction sites.

2.Use surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, levels) to measure land features and elevations.

3.Interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings.

4.Establish site control points and benchmarks for construction reference.

5.Collaborate with site engineers and contractors to ensure correct site positioning and levels.

6.Monitor and verify the accuracy of construction work against design drawings and survey data.

7.Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, reports, and site sketches.

8.Resolve discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions.

9.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

10.Assist in as-built surveys upon project completion.

Job Specifications:

1.Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying or a related field.

2.Minimum 3 years of relevant surveying experience.

3.Candidates with high-rise residential experience are highly preferable.

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients.

5.Team player with a collaborative and cooperative working style.

6.Positive, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
