Manage inquiries
Talent Sourcing: Partner with recruiters to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, portfolio sites, and niche talent communities.
Inbound Screening: Review incoming resumes against basic job requirements to build a qualified initial pipeline for recruiters.
Talent Pipeline Management: Nurture relationships with silver-medalist candidates and past applicants for future hiring needs.
Market Insights: Conduct basic research on talent market trends, competitor hiring patterns, and salary benchmarks to support sourcing strategies.
