Tea Barista

Role Description:

This is a on-site role for a motivated Tea Barista at CHAGEE Malaysia outlets located in Klang Valley. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for preparing tea beverages, maintaining cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of CHAGEE customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare beverages in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
-Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area
-Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
-Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
-Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:
-SPM holders & above
-Typhoid Injection before report to work
-Experience candidates and fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
-Experience is an advantage though not essential as training will be provided
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours:
Rotation Shift ( 9am-12am, will arrange by store PIC accordingly or upon request)
