Tea Barista

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Tea Baristas to join our team at ChaPanda, Pavilion Bukit Jalil!

No prior experience? No worries! Training will be provided. We welcome candidates who are passionate about F&B, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet and work area.
Assist with food and beverage preparation when required.
Ensure products are prepared and presented according to company standards.
Restock ingredients, packaging and other supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the team.
Provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements

Malaysian citizens only.
No prior F&B experience required; training will be provided.
Previous experience in F&B, retail, café or customer service is an advantage.
Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Able to work as part of a team.
