About the Role
Taylor’s International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to inspiring young minds, nurturing student growth, and contributing to a vibrant learning community through a strong understanding of continuous provision.


What You Will Do
Deliver engaging lessons and child-initiated learning opportunities tailored to meet students’ diverse needs.

Design and manage a continuous provision environment that encourages independence and exploration.

Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and enhancements for the learning environment.

Integrate technology and innovative methods to support and document early years development.

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress through regular observations.

Provide guidance, support, and pastoral care to ensure students’ well-being.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning practices.

Contribute to school events, activities, and the wider school community.


What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Education (or related field).

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment.

Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.

Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Practical experience implementing continuous provision in an Early Years setting.

Adaptability and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
