Teacher

In this role you will:
-Conduct research and community needs assessment,
-Create teaching and assessment materials using human centered design and aligned with programme goals,
-Prepare session plans and teaching resources,
-Deliver classes virtually and in-person at different locations,
-Manage the classroom activities effectively, using a participatory approach,
-Utilise relevant tools (digital and/or offline) to create learning experiences,
-Follow-up with participants on homework, tasks, assignments and portfolios,
-Carry out administrative tasks as required by the programme.
