Salary: RM2,500
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and support the team during daily operations
Lead by example in customer service, photography and sales
Assist in achieving daily sales targets
Train and guide new team members
Ensure smooth shift operations and SOP compliance
Perform opening and closing duties
Monitor staff attendance and performance
Assist with daily reports, inventory checks and equipment maintenance
Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues when necessary
Support the Site Supervisor in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
Requirements
Age 21–40
Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Responsible, proactive and able to lead a team
Customer service and sales experience is an advantage
Able to work 6 days per week on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
