Technical Bakery Advisor (Local & Export)

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical bakery support and solutions to local and/or overseas customers.

Conduct product demonstrations, customer training sessions, and technical presentations.

Develop, test, and update baking recipes aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Troubleshot bakery and production issues, offering practical and effective solutions.

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on customer events, product launches, and technical initiatives.

Support R&D in technical documentation, recipe databases, and new product development (NPD).

Manage daily operations and maintain the cleanliness of the Baking Centre.

Travel locally and, where applicable, regionally or overseas to support customer activities.



Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on bakery experience in breads, cakes, and pastries.

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Patisserie, Baking, or related field.

Strong technical knowledge in both premix and scratch baking applications.

Confident in problem‑solving and providing technical solutions to customers.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Willingness to travel locally and, for overseas roles, regionally or internationally.
