Technical Executive

Job Specification

Supervise daily machine operations to ensure smooth production and good product quality.

Ensure compliance with process sheets, work instructions, and customer specifications.

Monitor production output, rejection, downtime, and OEE; propose improvement actions.

Coordinate with other departments on machine, mould, and material issues.

Plan and deploy manpower based on workload and machine capacity.

Lead team briefings, on-the-job training, and technical training for technicians.

Ensure products meet quality standards and work with QA to resolve quality issues.

Lead basic root cause analysis and support improvement activities (5S, Kaizen, Lean).

Ensure accurate production reporting in MI/ERP systems.

Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and housekeeping in production areas.

Job Qualification

Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience in injection moulding, with supervisory exposure.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide the technical team.

Advanced knowledge of mould setup, parameter control, and troubleshooting.

Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferably able to communicate, write, read in English or Malay.

Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, 5S, Lean, and basic maintenance principles.
