Technical Executive

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic security systems
-Support product demonstrations and technical training
-Handle service requests and basic troubleshooting
-Provide on-site and after-sales technical support
-Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
-Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
-At least 1 year of relevant experience
-Basic knowledge of electronic systems (training will be provided)
-Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Proficient in PowerPoint
-Independent, hardworking, and self-motivated team player
-Must have own transport and willing to travel outstation and work night shifts
