Technical Lead (based in Malaysia)

We are seeking an innovative and driven Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a group

of developers and guide them through all stages of project execution. You will be responsible for designing

solutions, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring successful project delivery. The

ideal candidate is a strong leader who can inspire their team, solve technical challenges, and foster a culture of

transparency and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities

• Design and implement system solutions while developing structured work schedules for the team.

• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met.

• Liaise with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are

achieved.

• Identify potential risks, provide contingency plans, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Analyse existing operations and recommend process improvements through training and workshops.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Maintain and update project timelines, reporting progress to stakeholders through written reports and

presentations.

• Foster an open, collaborative environment where team members feel motivated, supported, and

encouraged to share feedback.

• Communicate challenges, setbacks, and successes with clarity and transparency.



Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar technical leadership role.

• Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

• Technical expertise in: Node.js, React.js / React Native, DevOps practices, Agile / Scrum methodologies,

Docker / Kubernetes (K8s), MongoDB.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in software development and team leadership.
