Technical Manager

Job Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing technical and operational activities within the organization, ensuring efficient execution of operations, compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support to operational teams.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise technical and operational activities.

Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams.

Review technical reports, procedures, and operational documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and industry standards.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments on technical matters.

Support troubleshooting and operational problem-solving activities.

Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.

Participate in operational planning and project coordination.



Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / PhD in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Strong technical and operational knowledge in O&G activities.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel and support offshore/on-site operations when required.
